Confers resistance to numerous chemicals including cycloheximide, sulfomethuron methyl, steroids, antiseptics, antibiotics, anticancer, herbicides, mycotoxins, insecticides, ionophores, alkaloids, flavonoids, phenothiazines, organotin compounds, carbazoles, lysosomotropic aminoesters, detergents, rhodamines and other fluorophores, azoles and other antifungals. Exhibits nucleoside triphosphatase activity.
