Members phosphorylate a variety of substrates including CDC25B, CDC25C, MAPT/TAU, and WEE1, modulating their activities. These kinases also contribute to synaptic vesicle function and neurotransmitter release, regulate the mitotic cell cycle, and respond to DNA damage.
